Position: Construction Project Manager Assistant
General Requirements:
1. Strong English and Chinese communication skills (both written and oral), including conflict resolution (required).
2. Extensive experience in residential and commercial construction project management (required).
3. Strong knowledge of the Construction Act, as well as CCDC and CCA documents (required).
4. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also demonstrating the capacity to work independently when required.
6. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the building process, including costs and scheduling.
7. Valid driver’s license (required).
Work Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) — specific locations depend on the projects (e.g., Markham, Barrie, Waterloo, etc.).
